Terms of Use of SSM
Welcome to Sales Force Automation system
of FSL Software Technologies . By your using
this facility, you agree to follow and be bound by the following
terms and conditions concerning your use of SSM ("Terms
of Use")
1. User: FSL Software Technologies reserves to itself
the sole right to authorise one or more users to have access
to the intranet facility. This Intranet facility is available
for limited use by the authorised employees and other members
of 'FSL Software Technologies ' and authorised employees and members of associates
of 'FSL Software Technologies ' ("Authorised User"). Use by any other
person, entity or otherwise, other than mentioned above as
"Authorised User" shall deem to be unauthorized
use thereof.
2. Track Power: The Company has the means
and the power to keep a track of the uses of SSM by any user.
3. Legal Implication: Any unauthorised use
of SSM shall lead to legal action by the Company against the unauthorized
user.
